Lender’s Engineering is an independent engineering service that evaluates the technical bankability, risks and progress of energy projects financed by banks and financial institutions. The goal is to provide transparent visibility of technical risks and to support informed decision-making through evidence-based, reliable reporting at key milestones.

Service Scope
1) Technical Due Diligence (Pre-Construction)
Review of design and documentation; specifications and contract compliance checks; equipment selection assessment; energy yield assumptions (as applicable) and baseline technical risk evaluation.
2) Construction Monitoring and Progress Reporting
On-site inspections, quality checks, NCR and punch list management, photo-evidenced progress reporting, and schedule deviation assessments can be performed as part of the monitoring scope.
3) Commissioning & Acceptance
Verification of test plans, observation/review of FAT/SAT where applicable, compliance evaluation against acceptance criteria, and close-out verification.
4) Operation Phase (Performance Verification)
Performance monitoring, production and efficiency trend analysis, PR verification (scope-dependent), and technical improvement recommendations to support long-term asset value.
