Quality Control (QA/QC) – Site Inspections, NCR Management and Technical Reporting
Quality control (QA/QC) services provided with RAMIRA Energy focus on verifying workmanship and installation quality on site, checking materials and equipment against technical specifications, managing nonconformities (NCR) and tracking corrective actions.
The objective is to reduce technical risks before commissioning, prevent performance losses and ensure the project is completed in line with acceptance criteria.
Scope of Quality Control
1) On-Site QA/QC Inspections
Installation quality, workmanship details, electrical/mechanical connections, labeling and overall site practices are inspected periodically and recorded through technical reporting.
2) Material and Equipment Conformity Checks
PV modules, inverters, cables, connectors, switchboards, MV equipment and auxiliary materials are reviewed against technical specifications, certificates and relevant documentation.
3) Nonconformity (NCR) and Punch List Management
Identified findings are categorized (critical / major / minor), corrective actions are defined, and close-out verification is performed.
4) Pre-Commissioning Readiness Checks
Prior to commissioning, site readiness, test scope, safety prerequisites and document sets are reviewed to minimize potential technical risks.
5) Photo-Evidenced Technical Reporting
Findings are shared in structured periodic reports including photos, location/equipment references and recommended actions.
