What Is Owner’s Engineering?
Owner’s Engineering is an engineering service that represents the investor/owner as an independent technical party in energy projects. It helps ensure that the project progresses in line with the contract and technical specifications across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation. The objective is to reduce technical risks, secure quality and verify performance targets in an evidence-based and traceable manner.

Scope of Services
1) Design and Documentation Review
Review of drawings, method statements, ITPs, technical specifications, equipment datasheets and calculations to identify critical risks early.
2) Procurement and Manufacturing Surveillance (Optional)
Verification of equipment compliance, witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), pre-shipment inspections and review of quality records can be performed based on scope.
3) Site Inspections and Quality Management
Installation/manufacturing controls, NCR and punch list management, photo-evidenced site reports and action follow-up are carried out.
4) Progress Reporting and Risk Tracking
Schedule tracking, deviation analysis, monitoring of critical risks and transparent reporting for project stakeholders.
5) Commissioning, Testing and Acceptance
Commissioning plan review, verification of test records, site testing, conformity assessment against acceptance criteria and close-out verifications.
6) Performance Validation (Optional)
Performance analysis and PR validation (scope-dependent) using production data, irradiation/temperature references and monitoring system data.
