Review of single-line diagrams, layouts, manufacturer documentation, system architecture, acceptance criteria, FAT/SAT plans and HSE documentation.
2) Manufacturing / Factory Phase (Optional)
Visual checks at the manufacturer’s facility, basic test verification (FAT witnessing), packaging/labeling and traceability verification.
3) On-Site Installation Inspection
Container placement, anchoring/foundation compliance, cabling, terminations, grounding continuity, HVAC installation, fire system integration and on-site labeling checks.
4) Commissioning and Acceptance (SAT / Commissioning)
Functional testing, BMS/EMS/PCS communications, protection settings, alarm/event verification, grid-connection scenarios, emergency scenarios and assessment against acceptance criteria.
5) Operational Phase Performance Checks
Capacity and efficiency trend analysis, recurring fault observations, thermal behavior monitoring, maintenance plan compliance and periodic site inspections.
